Hey All
I’m very new to Canberra and am really missing the masseuse I had backin WA. Given she won’t do home visits to Canberra, can anyone recommend a good local mobile masseuse?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hey there
I checked cracker online and there was nothing. No, not happy ending. Just relaxation/swedish. If you know of anyone studying massage at CIT who would like some practice and a few dollars on the side, please tell them to contact me at canberrarub@hotmail.com
thanks
CIT people can only get money once they are past the Cert IV stage.
The best way would be to book into a couple of their clinic nights and when you find one that suits you try and arrange a regular “practice” time with them.
A number of mobile massage therapists around the place also work in clinics, so again you could try them out in the clinic then arrange a mobile time when you find one that works for you.
There are a couple of good therapists at Therapy Masters in Civic. If you are after treatment for a specific problem – particularly from a sports injury then you can’t really go past Clinic 88 in Belco (they also work out of a few other places around town).
Other than that, try the yellow pages and sample a few at random. Eventually you’ll find one who suits you. It’s kind of a hard thing to recommend as what you like in a massage probably wouldn’t match what I like in a massage. On the courses you are usually taught that you will end up giving massages in the way you like to receive them and that you will end up with clients who like that way. The ones who don’t like the way you give massages don’t come back and find someone else.

Is that Tess Ryan the scootergal or tess Ryan the Red Light Gal ?
Ooooo! I hope the scooter girl one, she looks like such a vixen in the pic. Though the other Tess knows how to code a website.

Thanks reality, but i dont want to apply for a massage position on a clinic nor have an adult massage by a werid looking gay guy.
I appreciate your effort anyway
Well you aren’t going to broaden your horizons with that kind of attitude.

That website has an interesting interpretation of the Australian coastline (and the state borders) on it’s front page …

i looked in to see if that was the one comment (at time of reading) – sheesh, we’re such shallow rioters! ; )
btw, new-b, if you find out let us all know (esp inner northside) as i always find it defeats the purpose to have to get up and go somewhere after a massage, rather than being able to have a good lie down and let the relaxation take most effect…
> Tess Ryan?
I was trying to guess how long it would take for Tess Ryan to be mentioned in this post.
