Regular readers have thrilled to the antics of Margaret from Ainslie.
Culturazi now informs us that the drama is at an end with all protagonists moving house.
We can only hope Margaret is happy in the “better” part of Ainslie to which she aspires.

Maybe Margaret should put on some Mozart or Bach and turn her stereo up full volume on Sunday mornings so she can share her ‘culture’ with the neighbours too?
Margaret might be a bit of a bag, but I’m glad I don’t live in Ainslie next door to these ‘cultured’ types.
The yobs who do burnouts down the road from my place probably think that’s culture too……..

is she moving up to the village??
nah, she’s too sane. they won’t take her.
And I have utmost sympathy for Margret and why she moved on. Plenty of places like the Woolshed were gigs like this could be have been played.

Wow, amazing that anyone can be so spectacularly wrong about anything.
I certainly hold it against Margaret for ruining my Saturday night once and trying to use the media to make untrue claims about my friends though.
I-filled, I am guessing it is because CMC is an advertiser and one must support the advertisers. I find it rather hypocritical noting that not that long ago this site was making light of Alan Jones.
Margaret may not have behaved very pleasantly – but all Canberra citizens – including the arts community – have an obligation look after neighbourhood children and not expose them to confronting adult material – and that includes a live theatre rehearsal. More than half the respondents to an earlier discussion about the Backanalia noise issue were either neutral or actually on Margaret’s side, Johnboy. The Culturazi link reads somewhat puerile and defamatory – so I wonder, why bother to raise it?
Well, it’s obvious why she wanted the Backyard Backanalias to stop then…
I hope Culturazi finds a better place, too… Not that I’d actually leave the house and go to one, what with being a lazy uncultured home-body and all, but I think people should be allowed to have some fun in their own backyards…
