The Big W is always empty, even in the middle of the day! The food court seems the only place doing good trade there. And CostCo.
On the topic, if anyone wants a good loooong chat about fitness stuff, there’s a big fitness equipment shop up the baby end, the staff are personal trainers, and they’re BORED. You can get loads of advice and info from some very motivated people. Apparently not many people go up the baby end so they don’t get much passing traffic.

What time do Big W close? I didn’t realise they were open late… Costco and Masters are, handy for grabbing things after work. No queues at Costco and nobody at all at Masters, it’s like the Marie Celeste.
BigW closes at 7pm, and when I was there I think there were about 5 people in the store including the staff. The Woolies there is also open late, which is handy.
and I think the Woolies there closes at 10pm. Very handy, and usually extremely quiet of an evening as well.

Nope, just some poor back office wonk buying plastic tubs at BigW after work. It was probably about 6:30pm.

I figure that’s looking from brand depot towards the office buildings
Correct, although technically it’s the Majura Park Shopping Centre now, not Brand Depot.

so some poor retail worker leaving work perhaps, you can’t even see the remains of the setting sun.
