At the Cotter Dam open day, the queue for the coffee van was many times longer than the one for the charity sausage and egg sizzle – which is kinda sad

What about the sense of participation and belonging to a community? Not to mention the sausage sizzles. Lines aren’t that long, you go for a walk with the kids, weathers usually good.

Don’t let me discourage you from your point of view though. By all means, keep your grumpy butt at home. We won’t miss you.

Let’s just hope they actually HAVE the sausage sizzles this time around.

Last time they had signs everywhere, but no damn food. I then made a point to leave immediately and not vote. Didn’t even get fined for it either. I guess the AEC shares the feeling.

Preferably in the parliamentary triangle.

Tourists would come in droves to witness and marvel at the giant sausage.
