ACT Policing arrested a 23-year-old foreign national for an act of indecency yesterday afternoon (Sunday, September 9).
About 9am police attended a residence in Red Hill where the man, who was an invited guest at the home, is alleged to have committed an act of indecency on a woman in her bedroom.
The man will face ACT Magistrate’s Court this morning charged with one act of indecency without consent.
Police will oppose bail.
