ACT Fire & Rescue are currently on scene at the Benjamin Offices (Blue Building), Chan Street, Belconnen, conducting ventilation operations following a smell of smoke from a light globe on the fourth level.
No sign of fire.
Approximately 100 people have been evacuated as a precaution.
The ACT Fire & Rescue Hazardous Materials unit are on scene conducting air monitoring operations.

Staff are expected to return to the building shortly.
