You dont need anything special for actual chai. Boil water, add a couple of bushels tea bags, cardamon, cloves, opt extras of cinnamon/and or giner, bring it to boil, add milk, bring to boil. consume. the idea that you cant have an authentic chai without having some gourmet blend is nonsense. All the chai stalls in india use the bog standard store brands.
Also whats with the latte? all chai comes with milk unless you get Lal Chai which is ‘red tea’.

Warm water with a dash of yellow.
Bondi Chai is amazing !!
I was a very happy girl when I found it for sale at Costco a few weeks back.

Yum. Bondi Chai is especially good. And, unlike many other chais, it is actually low in fat and is gluten free. And it tastes great. Where’s the catch?
