Just been watching a tv program about legalising cannabis for medicinal use.
Is growing small amounts for this purpose legal in the ACT?

Is growing small amounts for this purpose legal in the ACT?
There is a famous doctor in US – DR.sanjay gupta who gave a proper information on whether it can be used for good purpose or not.
Must watch video on YOU-TUBE .
It should be legalized for medicinal purposes.

I quizzed Simon Corbell about the legalisation issue (giving him lots of good facts to combat his ignorance – but he dismissed everything that Sunday Night on 7 just showed) during the ACT community Cabinet on twitter last week. He was adamant that the fine system is terrific, and that we will never get it legalised….
I responded “but you will after NSW does though?”
he didnt reply
Unless, of course, the Australian Sex Party gets a seat or two in the 2016 legislative assembly election. Think of the taxes that could be raised in the ACT through the legalisation of cannabis, let alone the good it would do for those in need of it for medicinal purposes.
Simon Corbel won’t push for cheap Green weed but sees no problem in ripping people off with Green Power.
Nope – but it is decriminalised – meaning you can have less than a trafficable amount, (as long as it isn;t bagged up like a dealer would) and if you get caught you might get an infringement (carrying the same weight as a jaywalking infringement)
