Feedback on National Patios

Hi, unfortunately we ended up overlooking National Patios for our work at home. Responsive at first to come out, however when onsite, I was basically told that we needed to know exactly what we wanted prior to quoting the job. The representative was unwilling to provide constructive guidance to help, and ended up stating that they always end up quoting jobs and 90% of people do not respond. The reps attitude was why quote in the first place unless your almost certain that you will place an order as they were busy. To show we were serious, ended up going out to the showroom, and walking through exactly what we were after.

After 2 weeks and no response, we chased them up to obtain the quote – one part ended up being another solution and not what we walked through while in the showroom. We did receive the correct cost of one of the items – to say politely, overpriced (I had to laugh when I received it – it was obvious that they do not want smallish jobs).

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not great through customer engagement and price – hence looking elsewhere for a solution.

Hi they do build pretty good decks but you will pay through the nose.
We got a blackbutt deck build by them and found out half way through it was realy red gum looked nice but there is a lot of screws that have been over driven and a lot of split ends hope that helps.
