Award-winning Canberra-based cyber-security company archTIS has clinched a deal with the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department for it to be the first beta client of its cloud-based Kojensi Gov platform.
archTIS says the agreement, starting in December, will enhance the Department’s capacity to share and collaborate securely, giving the AGD an unmatched secure information-sharing platform based on technology currently deployed within the Australian Department of Defence.
It says Kojensi Gov has a unique security model that enables government agencies to share and collaborate on their information whilst meeting regulatory, security and sovereign compliance requirements for PROTECTED classified information.
archTIS is also negotiating with other government agencies and commercial partners to use Kojensi Gov.
archTIS Managing Director, Daniel Lai, said the company had been overwhelmed by the response from Government agencies and the interest in Kojensi Gov.
“I am delighted that the Attorney-General’s Department has agreed to be a beta client and am looking forward to working closely with them. We are in discussions with other organisations interested in participating in the beta program and expect there will be further announcements in the near future,” he said.
The Kojensi platform has applications throughout the public and private sectors with archTIS playing a major role in the critical establishment of an Australasian cyber-security ecosystem.
Securing the AGD as the first beta client for the Kojensi Gov platform is a major step for the company, which listed on the Australian Securities Exchange on the 19 September.
Kojensi Gov is on track for a full commercial launch to the market in the first quarter of 2019.
