Patio Builders Advice

We are looking at getting one of those patio sunrooms built.

Has anyone got any advice or recommendations on who to use and any stories/experiences good or bad?

Design additions screwed up ours. Despite detailed plans, they left a good chunk of the roof off it and needed to comeback to install it (claiming they had forgotten about it).
Also charged for and poured too much concrete, making the level too high to pave.
