Two bush walkers being rescued ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire Brigade currently rescuing two stranded bush walkers at Kambah.
The two woman are located about 1.2km from Kambah Pool and are believed to be suffering from heat exhaustion.
Specialist rescue firefighters and intensive care paramedics are determining the best way to access the patients and bringing them back to safety.
A third person, a male, also believed to be with the group walked to Kambah Pool Car Park to raise the alarm.
He’s being assessed by intensive care paramedics on scene.

Update – Two bush walkers rescued Two woman have been rescued after being caught out while bush walking at Kambah this afternoon.
Specialist rescue firefighters and intensive care paramedics found the woman about 1.5km’s along a track from Kambah Pool.
They were treated on scene for moderate dehydration then taken back to Kambah Pool car park. One of the patients was walked out while the second had to be carried out on a stretcher.
The two women and a third walker, a man, who raised the alarm, have all been transported by the ACT Ambulance Service to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
