ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated robbery in Red Hill this afternoon (Tuesday, April 12).
Around 5pm a 24-year-old man was assaulted and robbed while at a block of units in Discovery Street. The victim was approached by two men who attacked him and demanded money and his keys. The offenders fled with a sum of cash.
The victim was taken to The Canberra Hospital and is being treated for facial injuries and a suspected broken ankle.
Police ask anyone who was in the area at that time and may have seen people acting suspiciously to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
