Truck fire in Fyshwick

ACT Fire Brigade on scene of a truck fire on the Monaro Highway, Fyshwick.

Fire has been mostly extinguished from the engine compartment inside the truck cabin.

The occupant of the truck safely self evacuated.

Crews are expected to remain on scene till approx 12.30pm.

Fire has been fully extinguished.

Time of Emergency Triple Zero (000) call 11.32am.

Cause of fire in engine compartment of truck undetermined.
