Indulge in a night of Mediterranean treats with our all you can eat Italian buffet prepared by Canberra Southern Cross Club, Jamison’s Executive Chef Jojy. Starting with a traditional antipasto station, you will then enjoy some classic Italian mains including Chicken alla Cacciatore and Veal Ossobuco. A variety of delicious desserts is the perfect finale.
