Okay, it won’t attract the attention that the retirement of Golden Wallet John Laws will, but Jim Middleton is moving south. He has been a fairly unbiased and solid reporter for a long time. It was also heartening to hear his very pro-ACT comments on “Stateline” tonight.
I think it’s a shame to see the back of a fairly decent bloke. You will know him without realising it and it may well worth watching the repeat over the weekend (or on ABC2??) for a look at an interesting bloke and interesting career thus far.
