I am a sufferer of PCOS – (a condition effecting the androgens in my system, amongst other things.) – My GP is Stephen Tang in Florey Medical centre – he is wonderful and also specialises in female health. i find him a great doctor and would recommend him any chance i can.

Tuggeranong Square have a couple of doctors who are able to assist with the implants, or a course of the new patches / injections. They have a treatment area where you go in and out in a matter of minutes. Is the T treatment the 6-monthly or 3-monthly course? I now use the Andrology dept at TCH as it is free, but you need to get a specialist involved to manage the peaks and troughs and tailor the treatment to your physiology. Most Family Doctors don’t have experience with HRT, Dr Talyor as mentioned by other posters is one who does, but I have never been able to get in to see her when my T tank is empty.

My sister also goes to Dr Taylor for a difficult thyroid condition and raves about her.

call and ask if dr taylor at gordon medical practice can help as she moved there recently. i’ve seen her for six years and she has helped with lots and her old practice was one of the only ones who did hrt in canberra from memory as she took over her old coworkers patients. i can’t recommend her enough so give them a call and see if she can help with that. 6294 0990
