will the Queanbeyan Regatta be on or not?

Howdy folks,

I kinda reckon the regatta will not be on Saturday in Queanbeyan, any chance of the rodeo?

And, when should i start sandbagging my unit block on Trinculo Place, have not heard a thing from council yet?

The regatta will go ahead, infact it will be better then ever, you’ll have your choice of one of the fine eateries in Riverside (sic) Plaza or the Maccas Drive-thru, all without leaving the boat.

Regatta is cancelled but they’ll be holding a white water rafting event instead.

If you’re in Trinculo Place then clear out your garage, but it would have to be a very serious flood to actually get into the inhabited parts of the unit blocks there.

I hope you’ve already prepared your Ark because the BOM is predicting 150-200mm of rain for the next couple of days.

You’ll probably be underwater on Thursday/Friday.
