I didn’t know John Mackay was on the board of the Tradies.

This might be splitting hairs, but does getting sponsorship from a community club conflict in any way with Basketball Australia’s commitment to not take sponsorship money from alcohol related companies?

Personally I don’t have a problem with it; just wondering where you draw the line. Nor should this be seen as a smear or attack on the Canberra Capitals. I note that the FFA also pledged to not take sponsorship money from alcohol related companies, and are sponsored by The Tradies (Canberra United; Capital Football; W-League).
