Referring to THIS Article from the web-site and the decision made by ACAT HERE, I still had to pay complete stamp duty. I have contacted tribunal for a comment, but does anyone know that even the decision is made, how come revenue office is still charging for full stamp duty? Or a link where it says that the above decision has been overruled
