Intersex hacker Neptune and rebel coltan miner Matalusa join forces in post-apocalyptic Burundi to plan an anti-colonial, hactivist takeover. Combining tech skills, spiritual powers and political analysis, they challenge colonial hegemony and the Western tech regime with a kicking soundtrack and surreal fluorescent art design.
