ACT Policing’s Major Collision Team is investigating the incident.

Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident, or has dashcam footage of the collision, to come forward.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.

A woman died after a grey SUV crashed into a tree in O’Malley in a crash that also left a man hospitalised.

Anyone who can assist police is asked to provide their details to Crime Stoppers by visiting the Crime Stoppers ACT website, quoting 2424782.
