ACT finally back in the ARU boardroom - but only as a "minor state" representative

The Canberra Times is reporting that the Australian Rugby Union has dodged the hard questions on constitutional reform but has thrown the ACT a bone by giving us a seat on the board as representative of the “Minor States”.

Which is ironic as the ACT is neither minor, nor a State.
