So where’s the place to be for two up this year?
It’s been a while since I’ve been.
Last time I went to The Irish Club and it was quite good, but I’m interested in suggestions!

Walsh’s Hotel in Qbn is very good. A fair few sailors from HMAS Harman usually hang around after they march in Qbn. Nice people and that’s coming from an ex-Raafie.
Gotta be Burns Club!! Guaranteed punch up as soon as two-up finishes every year, followed by every member of the local cobstabulary arriving not long after, good times! I love ANZAC Day!! 🙂
I don’t know about “the” place to be but Erindale Vikings has a fairly comprehensive setup. As does the RSL club in the city. I assume it is still there. All Bar Nun used to run one but I don’t know if it does under it’s new name The Duxton. These are just places I’ve been and played before.
