Jacqui Burke has put out this media release about the review of ACT Housing’s waiting list. She goes on about how the waiting list hasn’t been reviewed in 6 years and asking why the Minister and his department are coming out with differing statements, but if you were on the waiting list then found yourself somewhere to live 12 months ago (suitable or not) then you’ll probably be taken off the waiting list as you obviously don’t need it anymore.
