Ask RiotACT: Looking for a lockup garage

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a lockup garage to do some woodwork over the next 4 or so months. I would preferably like somewhere that has lights and close to Lyneham.

Happy to pay rent to a reasonable offer.

Any recommendations?

I’d suggest just contacting one of the big storage companies. They should be able to recommend someone.

Rent a space in a storage facility. Storage facilities are zoned industrial therefore you can make all the noise you like without upsetting the neighbours.

Women can join men’s sheds. This is from http://mensshed.org/faqs/

Q. Can women join a Shed?
A. Yes, women are welcomed at most Sheds, call first to ensure they have activities you would like to participate in.

I’m fairly sure Elle is a woman, hence probably can’t join a Men’s Shed. Great assumption though that only a man would be interested in doing woodwork.

Join a Men’s Shed there should be one that you could join.
