It may be, but I know for a fact that places are getting pulled up (not necessarily closed down) on things that have been passed fit by inspectors for the last ten years or so. We’re not talking about food prep. methods or fridge temps. that can vary day to day, we’re talking about fixed things like the location of sinks etc.
