Who wants to be a CEO?
As a Board Member at the Belconnen Arts Centre, I can confirm it is entirely a coincidence. And I also wish to point out that it is not ArtsACT that is looking for the new CEO, it is us. The Board operates autonomously from government.
We are however very grateful for the ACT Government’s commitment to fund completion of the Centre. This will see theatre and performing arts facilities, lakeside cafe and more. The Centre will become a real ‘heart’ for Belconnen—one with a beautiful waterfront outlook.
It will be a very exciting and rewarding period for a new CEO to help us shepherd the centre through this development.
