I find it hard to believe that the players are capable of being honest with themselves. The role of the coach is to provide an assessment of each player and thay got his sacked. They do not want to hear the truth. They want to think they are on track and know what is what. Matt Giteau might as well go to France now the value he adds at number 10. Matt Toomua is the future and should be given the opportunity. Last season was over when he hit the goal post. He is a great prospect and Giteau is the past. Get a grip on performing well as a unit. If the units jos is to be petulant and complain to the referee and lose games through penalties then they are correct that they have been performing well. If not then bring back Andy Friend and any player who does not want to play for the brumbies then goodbye its been nice knowing you. If Andrew Fagan can not make that call then goodbye to him. The fans are the most important people in rubgy not the player. Remember that it is a key thing that the Brumbies have forgotten twice now and two very good coaches have been lost to the Brumbies and their fans.
