Marilyn Ponce is a seasoned Head Chef with a wealth of experience in Canberra’s culinary scene and beyond. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles in established restaurants in the capital and internationally, and has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs at award-winning restaurants. Crediting her mum and eldest sister as her greatest influences, Marilyn is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
