This is the on-line version of Canberra Times, Two Stories, two equally tabloidesque taglines for the article.
Who would have thunk?
“NSW was warned on killer paedophile”
“NSW was warned on murderous paedophile”
God Bless ’em.

The arsehole was a repeat paedophile, and a murderer .. what’s the problem?

As long as I get my photo in the paper giving up my seat to the elderly/infirm/pregnant/disabled…
Actually, I do it whenever it is needed anyway.
Is it any wonder that I don’t buy CT any more, I would much rather get my news from other, more up to date, sources…and my TV guide comes out of the chronicle, except when they stuff it and then it comes from TV Week’s website.

If only they could be as entertaining as the Murdoch press.
Today’s Telegraph has a riveting story on manners, and how many people stopped to help a damsel in distress who was standing by the side of her broken down car. This was then compared to the number of people who stopped to help a man standing by the same car.
Maybe the CT can run a series on how courteous Canberrans are? They can do a similar story to the one above on Adealide avenue, and another to see how many people offer their seats to a pregnant woman on a packed ACTION bus.
Snap.
You beat me by one minute to posting a story about the CT website. They say great minds think alike… !
