Car crash in Union Court?

Ahhh, so it is the car from that crash. Always sad when people end up dead so pointlessly.

It may be mentioned in the link but for those that can’t be bothered clicking it, the car was involved in a fatal accident a few years ago that saw a young Army Officer Cadet get killed when the car struck a concrete bollard up the back of Russell Offices. The driver, an exchange student from the UAE was drunk, speeding and lost control of the car and it slid sideways, impacting the bollard adjacent to the deceased’s seat.

I’ve seen it close up and it’s not pretty. I made sure my kids took a long hard look at it.

I have seen cordons around wrecks before. I believe the police use them, not to prevent theft, but to mark out a area while it is being investigated. I would have thought you would be familiar with such behaviour vg?

Law and Medicine, yes. Engineering, mostly. This though is near the Arts faculty, where lecturers complain about how they can’t drive or cross a road.

Why strange less than 3 hrs. It may have been a 2hr show.

Not strange at all, it’s lunch time which is when most of the students will be around.
