Cube employee arrested for indecent acts to women

A 37-year-old Kaleen man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today (Friday, September 30) charged with two acts of indecency.

About 2.50am ACT Policing Beats members were notified of an incident at the Cube nightclub in Civic where two women were allegedly subject to indecent acts by an employee.

Police attended the club where they arrested the alleged offender and he was taken to the ACT Watch House.

The man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with an act of indecency without consent.

For someone who couldn’t attend a funeral of a friend of many years, because you didn’t want to draw attention to yourself, your doing a bloody good job, all by yourself!

Not particularly, I do however have issues with people who attract an abnormal amount of police attention. Call me old fashioned, but if i was defending myself in the legal system every 5 minutes, i might want to consider *perhaps* there’s something wrong with my lifestyle.

i said “accused” for a reason. Plus the police usually have a reasonable level of evidence when they charge someone.

You can sit here all day and argue that hes only accused or hes been found not guilty, but for “some reason”, that club seems to attract an excessive amount of trouble.

So you know better than the police and court system? Case closed eh! Of course there’s no denying he stabbed someone, you dont get charged for murder otherwise. I’m guessing you’ve got some sort of grudge against this bloke?

Really? How many nightclub workers in civic sexually assault their guests? how many night club owners in civic have stabbed their patrons? how many night club owners in civic have been accused of distributing cocaine or passing on stolen property? There seems to be a common denominator here.

But seriouthly, what “apparently” happened? If he/she/they are innocent then there should be no issue.
