dont know relevant or not but i am into fitness and i got myself a diet plan from this joseph rakich guy . he is a certified nutrition specialist. Got the gains 🙂

Thanks everyone appreciate the comments. Scorpio63- I sent an email into DAA asking if they could let me know of any metabolic specialists and was sent a link to their entire registered database with a ‘we can’t really help you any further’…. Not particularly helpful chaps in my experience.

Another vote for Caroline – as my GP says – she makes a lot of sense when she talks.

The DAA (Dietitians Association) in Deakin will give you two or three excellent referrals for the metabolic condition, from their fully Accredited Dietitians (Database) who are Members Gumby.

Although with Caroline, don’t be surprised if you can’t get an appointment for a month or two, she’s very busy in my experience.
