The short week is over nearly before it’s begun.
But what are we going to do in and around Canberra this winter weekend?
Just leave your thoughts in the comments.

Tried to go to the night market festival, after sitting in traffic for an hour and not even getting close to NMA, I turned around and went home. I hope they run it again in the future, it sure was popular tonight.

The Old Bus Depot Markets are holding something for kids: Kids in the Shed. It looks great – we’ll definitely be going! From their website http://www.obdm.com.au/news-events/events-calendar/
Find your inner child or just enjoy this family day out for children, parents and grandparents.
Why visit? For the markets’ lively atmosphere and the buzzing energy levels of all the kids alone! With lots of entertainment, face painting, yummy things to eat, and stacks of products especially for kids, the place teems with little ones having loads of fun.
Stallholders and items you’ll find: Bright, funky, modern and wearable handmade clothes for little boys and girls, the latest and grooviest accessories, handcrafted toys, artworks for kids’ rooms and much more.
As a big fan of Fiona O’Loughlin from her appearances on “Spicks and Specks” and “Good News Week” I’d like to be going to this tomorrow night myself but alas I have the children…
