ANU Film Group – It’s Oscar weekend! Tonight it’s on for young and old (hehe) with multi-Oscar winner THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON. Friday, see Leo and Kate re-unite in REVOLUTIONARY ROAD, followed by HOW TO LOSE FRIENDS AND ALIENATE PEOPLE. Saturday night it’s Missing Child night (what a theme!) with Angelina Jolie in CHANGELING followed by the Otto Preminger classic BUNNY LAKE IS MISSING. Then it’s the anti-Oscar night on Tuesday, with the cult short BOOBS A LOT followed by ZACK AND MIRI MAKE A PORNO. For dads with kiddies at home – The Best Mother’s Day Breakfast:

Wake up at 7:00am
Take one car and add children (getting them dressed is optional). Don’t wake partner to say things like ‘does this look okay?’ or ‘is this nappy on right?’ etc.
Take children out to Maccas for breakfast – for as long as bearable. Choose one of the McDonalds with play equipment if kids are young.
Come home to a wife who got a sleep in and your in the good books.
Resist the urge to say how tired you are or else you’ll be getting the ‘I’ve been tired for (insert age of oldest child) now, so get over yourself’ talk.

Members of the public and snow sports community are invited to sell pre-loved ski and snowboard equipment, including skis, snowboards, boots and winter clothing at our annual sale held in the 2nd weekend of May each year. The 2009 Ski & Snowboard Sale & Expo is on Saturday May 9 at the Old Bus Depot, Kingston, 9am-2pm.
