ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations arrested a 32-year-old man from Ngunnawal yesterday morning (Friday, February 10).
About 5.20am police executed a search warrant on the premises and seized a large sum of money, four unregistered firearms and property suspected to be stolen.
Police also seized various substances suspected to be cannabis, MDMA, LSD, amphetamines, steroids, valium and other prescription drugs suspected to be trafficked.
A 24 year-old female who was also present during the search warrant was also charged with Possess Prohibited Substance.
Police arrested the man and conveyed him to the ACT Watch House where he has been charged with Trafficking in Controlled Drug Other Than Cannabis, and Possess Firearm Without Authorisation.
He will face ACT Magistrates Court today (Saturday, February 11) where police will oppose bail.
