At the entrance to Lawson on Baldwin Drive to Stockman Avenue there are at least 40 concrete rectangular blocks among planted trees. These blocks look like standing stones or cemetery headstones! Can anyone tell me what they are and what is their significance? Look forward to being enlightened.
