When Victor Frankenstein’s dog is killed by a car, he stitches him back together and revives him. But when his classmates discover the secret, they unleash a plague of undead animals on the town.

Tim Burton’s black-and-white stop motion animation plays homage to the great Gothic horror movies of the past.

‘Frankenweenie – a 3D, black-and-white stop motion animated spectacle for thrill-seeking film geeks of all ages – uses the latest technology as a way of expressing nostalgia for the cinematic past.’ – The New York Times
