- Insalata di polipo (gf) – octopus salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, green olives, lemon vinaigrette
- Burrata all Caprese (v) – fresh buffalo currata, sweet and sour Sicilian eggplant caponata
- Battuto di Manzo – beef fillet tartare, capers, cornichons, shallots, buffalo stracciatella, croutons

- Culurgiones Sardi (v) – Sardinian ravioli with pecorino, potatoes, mint, cherry tomato sauce
- Pappardelle all’Anatra – Venetian style duck ragout, fresh pappardelle, parmesan
- Sella di Agnello (gf) – pan roasted saddle of lamb, sautéed peas and cos lettuce, salmoriglio
