Walk and talk for the 1 in 25 Australians who are diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime.

This year’s theme, ‘Walk and Talk’, invites you to make every step count for the 1 in 25 Australians diagnosed with epilepsy – by raising vital funds and sparking meaningful conversations. Whether you live with epilepsy or are walking in support of someone who does, together we can help break down stigma, raise awareness, and create lasting change.

Why join us this year?

  • The 1 in 25 Challenge: Back by popular demand! Walk, run, or ride 100km in 25 days between 1–25 October – or set your own distance goal.
  • Exciting incentive prizes: From gift vouchers and merchandise to gym memberships – check out our Incentives for details on how to win.
  • Fresh merchandise: Our 2025 range has arrived! Grab your hoodies, t-shirts, singlets, and bandanas from our Shop.
  • Helpful resources: Access new posters, virtual backgrounds, and social media tiles on our Resources to help boost your fundraising efforts.
  • Treadmill Challenge: Watch ambassadors, sponsors, and support staff compete to raise donations — all broadcast on our social channels.

Bonus: the first 100 registrations will receive a free Walk for Epilepsy 2025 cap and bumper sticker, thank to our generous incentive partner Shop for Shops.

Join us this October – walk, talk, and make a difference for the 1 in 25 Australians diagnosed with epilepsy.
