24 hr Tennis Challenge 2022 – Play Tennis for Charity

Take the challenge and join in on 24 hours of tennis cardio fun! Play through the night and support families with seriously ill children.

Sign up for 1-hour tennis cardio sessions with your friends, workmates or even family members! Each session (ticket) is capped at 12 people, and you can book as many sessions as you like across the two days (and nights) with as many mates as you like.

Cardio Tennis is a Tennis Australia program. This popular fast, fun and high intensity tennis workout is not only a way to have great fun, but also to get behind a fantastic cause, of supporting families with seriously ill or injured children.

This event is run and managed by Canberra School of Tennis with all proceeds going to our charity RMHC ACT & SE NSW.

  • Lesson time – 1 hour sessions.

The 24h Tennis Challenge will close with a family-friendly “Community Tennis Day” on Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
