Global guitar sensation and multiple ARIA Award winning icon John Butler will release his forthcoming instrumental solo album Still Searching on Friday 1st November. To celebrate, he will be embarking on a capital city tour of Australia’s finest intimate venues, performing the album in full along with a few fan favourites such as his epic song ‘Ocean’.
Joining him for these very special performances will be former John Butler Trio member Michael Barker (joining live for the first time since 2009) & Michael Boase, both on percussion. These shows will be the first and only opportunities that fans will have to hear these songs live.
Recorded in 2023 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, Still Searching is the second offering this year from Butler after he released his ambient album Running River in June.
