From Wednesday 16 October, Canberra locals can snap up never-before-seen merch including Grimace Fold-Down Silly Socks, McNugget Buddies Fold-Down Silly Socks and a Reversible Bucket Hat featuring both Grimace and McNugget Buddies.
The new range for McHappy Day embodies everything Grimace and McNugget Buddies stand for – good vibes and fun times, with the cheerful support and warmth of our friends from McDonaldland, with 100 percent of profits going to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Organised by McDonald’s Australia, McHappy Day is the largest annual fundraiser for RMHC.
It raises vital funds to help seriously ill or injured children and their families, while undergoing treatment or surgery in hospital.
All funds raised will help RMHC continue to support families in need through Ronald McDonald Houses, Family Rooms, Family Retreats, Hospitality Carts and the Learning Program.
Over the last 32 years, McHappy Day has raised over $72 million for RMHC, with local communities across the country proudly showing their support for those in need.
How Canberra locals can support McHappy Day:
- During McHappy Time (from Wednesday 16 October) – by purchasing a pair of Grimace or McNugget Buddies Fold-Down Silly Socks for $5.95, Grimace x McNugget Buddies Reversible Bucket Hat for $9.95, or Helping Hands for $2, $10 or $50, with all profits going directly to RMHC.
- On McHappy Day (Saturday 16 November) – by buying a Big Mac with $2 from every Big Mac sold going directly to RMHC.
- by making a direct donation online at rmhc.org.au/give
Grimace and McNugget Buddies Fold-Down Silly Socks and Reversible Bucket Hats will be available in Macca’s restaurants nationwide, via drive thru, kiosk and front counter, as well as the MyMacca’s app and McDelivery from Wednesday 16 October 2024 while stocks last.
