4:15am Tuesday 14 December 2010 – Building fire in Fyshwick The ACT Fire Brigade is responding to reports of smoke issuing ron a building in Lyell Street Fyshwick.

Update to follow.

4:35am Tuesday 14 December 2010 – Update – Building fire in Fyshwick The fire within a window framing business has been extinguished.

The brigade responded to the call with three fire pumpers and district officer.

Initial damage bill estimated at $60,000.

The cause will be investigated.

4:58am Tuesday 14 December 2010 – Update two – Building fire in Fyshwick The initial damage bill revised down to $60,000.

The ACT Fire Brigade will hand over the scene to ACT Policing for further investigation.
