ACT Policing is seeking witnesses after two incidents occurred in Fisher early yesterday morning (Sunday 13 May) involving a white ute.
Around 12.30am, a white station wagon was driving along Ballarat Street when a white Holden Commodore sedan and white ute attempted to box the vehicle in and force it off the road.
A short time later the station wagon was driving on Perry Drive and the Commodore rammed the rear and right hand side of the vehicle causing damage to the rear bumper and front right wheel.
It is believed the white ute was also involved in this incident.
The driver of the Commodore was described as Caucasian, young, with a slim build and short hair.
Following this, around 2.45am, police attended the Newsagency and Post Office at Fisher Shops in response to an attempted burglary.
Police spoke with the shop owner who stated he heard a loud bang at the front door and the glass had been smashed but no entry had been gained.
Two males described as tall and wearing light coloured clothes were then seen getting into a white ute.
Police urge anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour in Fisher around the time of these incidents to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
