Fog in the bike cage, but little else

I walk past that bike cage every day and I have seen a bike in there.

Is the issue access cards ? That could be the reason these are empty.

Must be the cold. Lot less people cycling than there was 2 months ago.

Bike cage on Flemington Road still empty also.

STILL waiting for my access card for the Flemington Rd cage. Must be 5 weeks now. Glad the same staff aren’t in charge of MyWay cards…
