Has anyone else had any problems with Real Estate Agents not paying for completed work/services?
Does anyone have tips on how to chase them for the money?

Nailing someone’s head to a coffee table certainly gets their attention. Might affect the bond, though…
not if it’s your own coffee table – they can’t get you for damage to your own property, can they?
You ever tried nailing someone’s head to a coffee table? There tends to be no small amount of collateral damage to walls, floors and fittings.

Letter of demand?
or even better a letter of demand from a solicitor acting on your behalf or my personal favourite;
engage a debt collection agency who just don’t stop….you get your money and it costs the agent even more as the agency whacks on their fee on top of the original amount.
