ACT Fire & Rescue has extinguished a fire in a single level residence in Dennis st, Garran.
There are currently three pumpers on scene with the Breathing Apparatus vehicle and one command vehicle.
The owner of the property self evacuated and alerted ACT Fire & Rescue via Triple Zero (000) to the blaze shortly after.
The property has suffered significant damage. No known cause at this stage.
