According to the ABC, Flames Fitness has gone up in flames destroying 25 per cent of North Lynham shopping centre.
Ohhh the irony.

I do love how people say things about the cost of this gym to join fernwood its about $55 per fornight general membership thats for the use of the gym per year $1430 thats no personal trainer.
To do the same thing at flames is about $1875 and thats with a personal trainer.
Not only that it works I’ve lost 75kgs in 58 weeks thanks to flames.
The irony was hillarious at 730am this morning as I lay in bed listening to the news on the radio. They were careful to only say the gym and the north lyneham shops, the only word that came to my mind was FLAMES!
Spectra, that’s right. Everyone know Irony is like goldy and silvery, only it’s made of iron.
Just heard that the building at North Lyneham that burnt down was owned by the same people who own the CISAC & Gymmy/Club Lime.
I’m surprised that while they had a back to base alarm – surely they’d also have a direct smoke alarm system to either the security or fire brigade…or would that be too much common sense?
Spectra,
It’s like rain on your wedding day
Or a free ride, when you’ve already paid
People, this is not irony, it’s simply hilarious (not for those involved of course – I feel for the people whose business was affected).
A fire department burning down is irony.
/End grammar nazi rant.
Who votes it was a little green dressed guy from CISAC? Evil little twerp

That’s a bit off colour
Why do you hate coloured people so much?
I was there ready to train at 5.30 this morning. By the expressions of Quentin and the other trainers, this was a complete shock. I don’t doubt that they will have a temporary gym up and running in the next couple of days…they are very passionate about what they do.
Quentin is not the kind of guy to participatein, or initiate a jewish stocktake.
It was also reported that he is working feverishly to attempt to get a temporary gym up and running by Monday. That doesn’t sound like the actions of a man looking to get out of the business now does it?
ABC News reported that the owner was alerted at home by an alarm, and he went to the scene to find the building ablaze. He then phoned the fire brigade who arrived within a few minutes.
1) Did Quentin have a monitored alarm system in the premises.
2) Was it armed, and was anything missing.
3) Did the premises have smoke detectors installed.
4) Was it an ‘electrical fire’.
I can’t say I missed the irony, I hope Quinten is insured. Wasn’t a bad place just a bit expensive and I was slack with commitment.
Yep it is goneski – I saw it with my own eyes this morning! The roof has completely collapsed in. Apparently the flames took hold of Flames around 3am this morning according to gossip at the North Lyneham busstop this morning.
